Are you craving authentic expression and connection with self? Come and join me in a 6 week facilitated group to Explore your Inner Landscape!
Overwhelmed? Disconnected? Perhaps feeling numb? Or maybe it's a quiet knowing there's got to me something more? We will journey through your inner terrain to attend to forgotten and neglected parts. We will find expression for what sits below the the verbal realm as we come to know more about you, together. We will explore materials and rich processes such as clay, movement, meditation, collage, installation, drawing and storytelling.
You will be seen and heard. And supported to find your voice. Or use your voice with more integrity and authenticity. Love, Jess.

When: Thursday November 2,9,16,23,20 and December 7.
10.30am-1pm.

February 2023 group
Come and join a small intimate group to explore your inner landscape.
Where: Tree Of Life Integral Centre
2 Denmark Street, Kew, Victoria.
When: Starts February 4 2022.
Saturday mornings 10-12.30pm
6 weeks
Why: An opportunity to explore and come to know more about yourself through facilitated art making sessions. Claim some time and a place to be with yourself in a supportive and safe space.
Collaborative and individual processes to explore authentic expression and connection with self.
-come home to your body by exploring your emotional and physical body through art making.
-unpack blocks, patterns, fears
-explore your needs and values
-witness and embody your capacity for courage, peace and growth
-find respite, playfulness and clarity in the most unlikely of places!
You will get to use paint, clay, pastels, collage, found objects, poetry and more.
